Forced out of his love nest, Steven's got a new bachelor pad. Now all he needs is to get his cable hooked up.

The cable guy needed a friend...

The lonely, weird cable installer just wants a friend. And when Steven solicits a few free movie channels between friends, the Cable Guy takes it as an open invitation into his new customer's life. All his years of TV have taught the Cable Guy how to be a good friend, much to the torment of his newfound pal: Steven had no idea that free cable meant no more privacy or peace of mind. When he attempts to rekindle his romance with his estranged girlfriend, he has no choice but to give his zany cable buddy the boot.

But is free cable worth all this?

Freedom is not so easy for Steven. The Cable Guy suspected all along he wasn't a true friend. In fact, he bugged Steven's apartment for just this reason! thrown over by someone he considered a best friend, the Cable Guy is on a headlong quest for revenge! He'll do everything in his power to destroy Steven. He'll get him thrown in jail, turn his friends and family against him, and take away all the things that Steven values. And now Steven will do anything to get his life back!
